Infinitee / FAQ

Questions.

Billions of holes raise a few. Here are the answers.

Are there really over 4 billion holes?

Yes — 4,294,967,296 of them. Every hole in Infinitee has a ten-digit dimension number, from 0000-000-000 to 4294-967-295, and every one of those numbers is a playable hole.

The holes aren't stored anywhere. Each number is a seed: when you load it, the game builds the terrain, fairway, green, water, sand and trees from that number on your device. The same number builds the same hole every time, on every device.

Playing one hole a minute, around the clock, it would take you more than 8,000 years to see them all.

Can I go to a specific hole?

Yes. In Quantum Links, type a dimension number on the keypad and the game takes you straight to that hole. Or hit Random and let it pick one of the billions for you.

Found one you like? Save it to your dimension library — you can rename it, see its par and the date you saved it, and come back whenever you want.

Can I share a hole with a friend?

Send them the dimension number. Because every hole is built from its number, they'll get exactly the same hole you played — same terrain, same hazards, same pin — and you can compare scores.

What makes Infinitee different from other golf games?

Most golf games give you a few dozen courses that someone designed by hand. Infinitee builds its holes from scratch: rolling terrain, doglegs, lakes, bunkers, forests and mountains, generated into more holes than anyone will ever play.

On top of that: a free hole every day that the whole world plays together, ball flight with real fade, draw, backspin and wind, and Glitch Reality, where the course itself starts to come apart around you. No ads, no energy timers, and it plays offline.

Are there any secret holes?

Some numbers are special. A handful of dimensions hide hand-built holes that the generator would never make on its own. They aren't marked anywhere in the game. If you land on one, you'll know.

Want to go looking? Think of a number that means something — to you, to maths, to anyone — type it into the Quantum Links keypad and try your luck.

What is Glitch Reality?

An alternative way to play Quantum Links. As you play, reality starts to tear: rips open in the course and expose the wireframe grid underneath the grass. Prefer your golf without existential dread? Classic reality keeps the course in one piece.

What's with all the black holes?

There's one hanging in the sky over every hole, and it pulls on your ball. In flight, its gravity works like a wind: the HUD shows how hard it's pulling and from where, so a shot hit toward it carries farther and one hit across it bends. Read the pull the way you'd read the wind and play it into your line.

They're the targets, too. On the Driving Range you aim at black holes and measure where every shot lands, and on the course the cup pulls a ball in when it gets close enough.

Does everyone get the same Daily Course?

Yes. Everyone in the world plays the same hole on a given date. Replay it as often as you like — only your best round goes on the daily leaderboard, and your record across days builds your all-time ranking.

Is it free?

The Daily Course and the Driving Range are free. Quantum Links — the billions of holes, the keypad, Random and your saved dimensions — is an optional one-time unlock. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no energy timers.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The golf plays fully offline. Submitting scores and seeing the leaderboards need a connection.

Where can I play, and when?
